Nice location for walking into town or walking to the ocean. Very large room. Comfortable beds and sofa. Staff was accessible, responsive and friendly. They answered my question about whether we would get the station for the World Series before our visit and took care of a breaker failure right away.

The place was clean, staff friendly. The place does not provide breakfast and it is a good opportunity to go and have one by the beach. If you don't have a car, just bring some food with you, coffee and tea are available.

This is my go to place in Pacific Grove. When I go to see my mom this is where I stay. I like the cleanliness, the staff comfort the surroundings, the location, and pretty much everything about it.

The surrounding of the hotel was ok, the equipment of the rooms is already some years old. We didn't use the whirlpool and swimming pool but it was clean and in good condition. Overall we wished to have a better experience staying there. The thing that we didn't realize was that it is a pet friendly accommodation.

Everything! Great location, quiet from the hustle and bustle, touristy craze. The room was clean and so spacious! Parking just a few feet from the room door. The front desk lady was an absolute sweetheart. Most importantly, my dog was super comfortable!

Nice grounds & lovely pool and hot tub. Our room was very large - and spotless! Bathroom had a jetted tub and was fresh and very clean. The linens on our bed were plush and the bed extremely comfortable. Location is great-right next to the Butterfly Grove. Staff was pleasant and helpful with any questions. We will come back and stay here again.
